Dear Shareholder,

RML cannot provide you with legal advice but we would like to explain what your options to the Complaint are.
If you do not agree with RML and the P&M Fees and wish to be represented by an attorney or represent yourself, 
please refer to your summons for instructions, or consult with your own attorney, or title insurance representative.

If you neither agree or disagree with RML's position of the P&M Fee, but do not wish to be a part of any law suit to fight it, simply do not respond to the Complaint. Please speak to your attorney for any further guidance you may need in this matter.

The court requires all shareholders be supplied with the Complaint through regular mail and Certified Mail, which you will be receiving in the next couple of days, whether you pay the P&M Fees or not.
